We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dynamics CRM Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and customizing CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient CRM systems that enhance customer engagement and streamline business processes.
- Design, develop, and customize Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements
- Develop plugins, workflows, and integrations using .NET, C#, and Web APIs
- Configure CRM modules, entities, forms, dashboards, and reports
- Integrate CRM with third-party systems and internal applications
- Perform system testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing CRM systems
- Ensure best practices in security, data integrity, and system performance
- 2–4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET framework, JavaScript, and SQL Server
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques
- Understanding of CRM functional modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
