In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our property running smoothly, helping create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

Responsibilities

→Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and equipment maintenance
→Respond to maintenance requests and work orders and assist with urgent repairs
→Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on vehicles, go-karts, minibikes, and other mechanical equipment
→Assist with pool maintenance and occasional groundskeeping
→Support room setups, furniture moves, and event preparations
→Apply treatments for weeds and insects as needed
→Safely operate tools and maintenance equipment
→Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
→Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance tasks and complete maintenance projects on time
→Take on additional duties as needed

At least 1 year of maintenance or mechanical experience required
Experience in general maintenance and repair work
Comfortable using hand tools and basic machinery
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs)
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Good communication and time management skills
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
