Quality Assurance Analyst

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will work closely with Financial Crime Surveillance teams to provide clear, actionable feedback and drive uplift in investigation quality. Sitting within the Quality Assurance & Enablement (QAE) team in the Risk Division, this role is responsible for ensuring high-quality financial crime outcomes through structured quality assurance, insight generation, and continuous improvements across Financial Crime Operations.  

• →Deliver detailed QA reviews across financial crime alerts and case investigations, providing clear and constructive feedback 

• →Identify trends, themes, and gaps to support continuous improvement and uplift in quality outcomes 

• →Produce reporting and insights to inform leadership decision-making and performance improvement 

• →Partner with stakeholders across Financial Crime Surveillance to strengthen controls and investigation practices 

• →Contribute to root cause analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation 

• →Provide coaching and support to operational teams to enhance capability and consistency 

• 2 plus years' experience in financial crime operations, investigations, or quality assurance within banking
