Description

• →Support individuals with daily living skills, community involvement, and personal goals. 
• →Assist with medication administration, hygiene, meals, and mobility. 
• →Foster meaningful relationships and encourage independence. 
• →Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards. 
• →Assist individuals with planning of daily activities and community outings by encouraging community integration. 
• →Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor. 

Requirements

• A compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and clean background check (required for all roles)
• Experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right individual(s)!
