Logistics Manager

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a Logistics Manager to join our team, reporting into the Project Director. This position will be site-based in Espoo, Finland, and will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating all site logistics and material movement to ensure efficient, safe, and timely delivery of works.

• →3rd level qualification in an engineering or construction-related discipline is desirable; however, a strong trades background with 3+ years’ experience in a similar role will also be considered.
• →Ideally, 2+ years’ experience in a logistics or materials management role on large-scale construction projects.
• →Strong, proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams of operatives and subcontractors.
• →In-depth practical knowledge of load management, storage allocation, subcontractor coordination, and on-site materials handling.
• →Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and execute tasks efficiently.
• →Experience with Datascope or similar logistics and delivery management systems is advantageous.
• →A strong commitment to maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
