Responsibilities

→Build applications using Python, Django, and FastAPI
→Lead the development team: priorities, progress, and quality
→Propose technical approaches and collaborate on architecture and implementation
→Design and optimize data models in PostgreSQL
→Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality
→Coach developers and support their growth
→Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Extensive experience in software engineering, including leading a team
Experience building and maintaining production applications, with a solid understanding of what it takes to run software 24/7
Strong knowledge of Python, Django, and/or FastAPI
Solid experience with PostgreSQL
Experience with frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
A goal-oriented mindset rather than task-focused thinking
Willingness to work on-site in Oud Gastel (4 days in the office, 1 day remote)
Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus

Nice to Have
