Production - Mankato, MN

• →Cover and support various positions across the production line as needed.
• →Follow all safety, quality, food safety, GMP, and company procedures.
• →Assist with production operations to ensure efficient line performance.
• →Monitor products and packaging to verify accurate and legible product coding.
• →Perform package changeovers accurately and efficiently.
• →Conduct basic preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• →Escalate mechanical issues through established procedures when necessary.
• →Work closely with maintenance personnel to resolve equipment concerns.
• →Complete required production, quality, and packaging documentation.
• →Communicate effectively with supervisors, leads, maintenance personnel, and team members.
• →Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards throughout the facility.
• →Notify leadership of production, quality, or food safety concerns immediately.
• →Support continuous production flow by communicating with upstream and downstream operators.
