Are you passionate about providing exceptional dining experiences and creating memorable moments for guests? The Bistro at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel and Event Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Bistro Server to join our team in a full-time, year-round role.

In this position, you'll provide attentive and personalized table service while helping create a welcoming dining atmosphere for both hotel guests and local visitors. Responsibilities

→Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service throughout their dining experience
→Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
→Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
→Answer guest questions regarding menu items, daily specials, and beverage selections
→Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
→Process guest payments accurately using the point-of-sale system
→Assist with opening and closing side work, including setting tables, stocking service stations, and maintaining dining room cleanliness
→Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to provide exceptional service
→Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards

Requirements

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
