Analyst, Global Courier Supply

We are looking for a Supply Business Analyst to join our Global Delivery Operations team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of courier supply. In this position, you will support our relentless pursuit of operational excellence across all regions by delivering data-driven insights that optimize how our pool of couriers functions. Your work will directly impact platform quality for our users by enhancing courier onboarding, activation, retention, and overall supply performance.

You’ll collaborate closely with dedicated analytics and product teams, leveraging market context to drive impactful decisions. If you’re passionate about using data to solve complex challenges and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, this is the role for you!

• →Analyze and improve all aspects of courier supply operations, including onboarding processes, courier activation, and retention strategies.
• →Conduct ad hoc analyses to address immediate operational needs while also contributing to larger, cross-functional projects that build the foundation for the future of supply.
• →Use data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and platform quality across regions.
• →Partner with analytics, product, and other operational teams to align on goals and execute initiatives.
• →Leverage tools like SQL, Python and machine learning models to uncover trends and opportunities.
• →Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline day-to-day workflows and decision-making.
• →Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

• A results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency
• A strong analytical foundation: terms like regression, SQL, Python, or ML models excite rather than intimidate you
• Understanding of causal inference and statistical concepts such as p-values
• Comfort tackling both quick, tactical analyses and strategic, long-term projects.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI to enhance your work.
• Experience with or willingness to learn and use BI tools like Looker
• Collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional, dynamic environment.
• Bonus: Background in operations research and optimization. Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or marketplace operations.
