You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Responsibilities
~2 min readThis role is about ownership and execution. You'll take an initiative from brief to launch to optimization: decide how success is measured, pull in the right partners across Sales, Product Marketing, and commercial teams, and keep everything moving to hit the timeline.
Day-to-day in this role, you'll:
- →Own paid marketing campaigns end-to-end across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok, as well as programmatic, direct media buys, industry sites, newsletters, and content syndication.
- →Work hand in hand with local country Sales teams to understand each market's business goals and shape the best local plan to drive performance at the country level.
- →Work with the B2B marketing colleagues to launch new products. You’ll own paid marketing strategy, shaping targets, audiences, campaigns, and key messaging together with Product Marketing and commercial stakeholders, then ramp demand once you're live.
- →Manage stakeholder interests and provide ongoing feedback and reporting analysis.
- →Work toward clear marketing KPIs, such as CPL, closed-won deals, and revenue.
- →Identify top-performing partners and channels and build strong relationships.
- →Bring creative ideas to the table and work closely with creatives to produce campaigns that perform.
- →Put data at the heart of your decisions: analyze campaign and CRM data to understand what actually drove impact, and build your own reporting and dashboards to keep results clearly in view.
- →Use AI actively to work smarter and build AI-powered solutions with the best tools available
- →Test new (locally relevant) channels, messaging, and tools, and turn what works into repeatable campaigns
- Relevant experience in B2B performance marketing, paid media, or media buying, ideally within a tech, SaaS, or similarly fast-paced environment. We welcome candidates with a range of career paths and backgrounds who can demonstrate the skills and impact needed for the role.
- Hands-on, multi-channel paid media experience across platforms such as Google (Search and Display), Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic media, including managing and scaling campaign budgets.
- International marketing experience, with exposure to working across multiple markets and helping to grow new or emerging products, services, or audiences.
- Demand generation and go-to-market experience, including building campaigns from the ground up and supporting new product launches.
- A data-informed approach to marketing: able to define relevant KPIs (for example, CPL, closed-won opportunities, and revenue), monitor performance, and turn campaign and CRM data into clear recommendations.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including tools such as lookups and pivot tables, or equivalent experience with data-analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving and experimentation skills: able to identify opportunities or challenges, develop hypotheses, run tests, and apply learnings.
- A genuine interest in AI and automation, with examples of using these tools to improve marketing workflows or reduce manual work.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with Sales and other partners while working independently when needed.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Additional language skills are welcome but not required.
