Senior Product Designer

We’re hiring Senior Product Designers at Wolt Design across several exciting product areas:

• Consumer – You'll shape the core experience that millions of users rely on daily to discover, order, and enjoy their favorite meals and essentials—delivering delight at every tap.
• Merchant – You’ll build tools that help local businesses succeed on the Wolt platform, from order management to insights and growth levers—empowering merchants at scale.
• Courier – You’ll design experiences for the people who make Wolt run—our courier partners. From onboarding to daily logistics, your work will help make every delivery seamless.
• Central – You’ll create the systems, platforms, and tools that power Wolt behind the scenes—unlocking scale, speed, and smarter decisions across the company.

• You hold a high bar for your craft, from concept to pixel—creating designs that are scalable, thoughtful, and beautiful.

• →Turn ambiguity into clarity. You’ll bring strong framing and product thinking to shape undefined problems into compelling design opportunities.
• →Bring ideas to life beautifully. You’ll design intuitive interfaces and interactions that are both delightful and highly usable.
• →Prototype to inspire. Through prototyping, storytelling, and systems thinking, you’ll align teams and build momentum—ensuring your work not only ships, but resonates.
• →Own the full design stack. From strategy and exploration to refined visuals, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives from start to finish.

We’d love to work with you if:

• You have 6+ years of experience designing consumer, B2B, or SaaS products—building elegant, business-savvy solutions in complex environments.
• You’re a T-shaped designer with deep strengths in concepting, visual design and prototyping, able to drive high-quality outcomes in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
• You think in systems, not just screens—comfortable designing across diverse journeys and touchpoints.
• You’re a creative problem-solver, excited by ambiguity and energized by complex design challenges.
• You’re open to feedback—comfortable sharing early, learning fast, and evolving ideas with your team.
• You’re a strong communicator and natural storyteller, able to align stakeholders, build empathy, and drive design-led decisions.

As a next step, we’d love to see your portfolio to better understand your design approach and impact. We’re especially interested in work that shows strong visual craft, attention to detail, and real results. One well-structured Figma file with your best, recent work is more valuable to us than multiple outdated case studies — products move fast, and relevance matters.
