• →Minimum 8 years of local experience 
• →Has a good understanding of design and construction documentation through the life cycle of the project
• →Has a solid understanding of the NCC, Australian Standards and relevant industry regulations   
• →Strong level of technical/construction knowledge is highly regarded  
• →Experience working in complex commercial project is required.
• →Capacity to work as part of a team as well as lead a team under the guidance of directors    
• →Revit proficiency is essential
