Are you a leader who can shape global workflows, drive data-led optimization, and make an impact in a fast-paced environment focused on the streaming entertainment industry? We should talk.
We're looking for a Denver-based Creative Program Manager to join our team at Wordbank – a global marketing localization agency that helps streaming entertainment brands reach, engage, and retain international audiences.
You’ll be a self-driven impact player who owns and optimizes end-to-end global workflows to ensure we deliver high-quality creative assets (e.g., synopses, title cards, and artwork) at scale.
You’ll manage a team of Production Coordinators who ensure the work is done, rather than producing the assets yourself, and serve as the strategic partner responsible for operational excellence. Your focus will be on setting direction, overseeing production needs, and establishing and optimizing workflows, while ensuring consistency and quality across high-volume asset requirements for streaming clients.
Operational Delivery & Performance: Lead the delivery of 2–3 workstreams, overseeing fast-moving production of localized, multilingual assets for shows and movies. Continuously improve workflows by identifying opportunities for innovation, automation and scale, with the freedom to experiment and fail fast.
Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of 4-8 Production Coordinators. Collaborate with fellow managers to sync production talent with the right workstreams, ensuring we hit every deadline in our 24/7 global model.
Strategic client partner experience, with a track record of adding value beyond execution
5+ years in operations or account management with a deep understanding of the creative localization process
Enterprise-level campaign/creative program management
Technical proficiency and expertise in Google Sheets for data-led analysis
An AI-forward mindset where you use tools that are safe and approved for our client work to support creative workflows and replace mundane tasks
Data-driven decision-making experience
Demonstrable experience in inspiring people leadership, preferably managing global distributed teams
Streaming or entertainment industry background or knowledge
Advanced-level knowledge of Jira or similar tooling for workflow and resource management software
A self-driven, motivated forward thinker who drives ownership, resource optimization, collaboration and workflow innovation
A strategic architect who creates and drives ambitious strategies
A confident data-driven decision-maker who is energized by taking calculated risks to drive customer experience
A self-accountable challenger who models behaviors and accepts responsibility
