WorldQuant develops and deploys systematic financial strategies across a broad range of asset classes and global markets. We seek to produce high-quality predictive signals (alphas) through our proprietary research platform to employ financial strategies focused on market inefficiencies. Our teams work collaboratively to drive the production of alphas and financial strategies – the foundation of a balanced, global investment platform.

Responsibilities

→Degree in a technical or quantitative discipline from a top tier University
→Solid understanding of UNIX security.
→Knowledge of industry standard tools beneficial - (eg gitlab, nix, redhat linux, claude, jira, etc)
→Strong programming experience, preferably in python or rust.
→Experience operating security infrastructure, developing integrations of security products.
→Ability to communicate and design solutions related to security from first principles.
→Experience with Linux, Kerberos, SSL, SSH and Active Directory
→Experience with agentic development
→Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
