Job Description:

• →Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with program objectives.
• →Foster partnerships with community leaders, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders.
• →Lead efforts to reduce stigma and discrimination related to HIV/AIDS in communities.
• →Design and facilitate community awareness campaigns on HIV prevention and care.
• →Build the capacity of community health workers to deliver effective services.
• →Monitor and evaluate community engagement activities and provide feedback for improvement.

• Advanced degree in social sciences, public health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community mobilization, preferably in HIV/AIDS programs.
• Strong understanding of cultural dynamics and community structures in Sierra Leone or similar settings.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
