AI/LLM Engineer

• Design and build LLM-powered agentic systems end-to-end
• Build retrieval and context pipelines (RAG, hybrid search, structured retrieval)
• Develop evaluation and monitoring systems for AI performance
• Build scalable pipelines for unstructured data
• Implement automated feedback pipelines for AI learning
• Own architecture and reliability of AI systems
• Collaborate with engineers for product integration

• Proven track record of architecting and building AI/LLM-powered systems in production
• Experience with designing systems for unstructured data processing
• Experience in developing evaluation and feedback loops for AI performance
• High commitment to work and productivity in fast-paced settings
