They are looking for someone who doesn’t wait for direction but instead anticipates needs, keeps things moving, and ensures clients feel supported throughout their process. Responsibilities Manage and oversee client cases from initiation through resolution, ensuring timelines and expectations are met Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries promptly Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all case-related tasks are progressing efficiently Track case progress, documentation, and deadlines with strong attention to detail Identify potential issues early and take initiative to resolve them proactively Deliver a high level of client service, ensuring a positive and professional experience Requirements Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-starter mentality with a proactive and “go-getter” attitude Ability to work independently in a remote environment Positive, upbeat personality with a client-first mindset Qualifications Previous experience in a Case Manager role or similar client-facing position Experience working in legal services or a related industry is a plus Proven ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think ahead Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Benefits Full-time position 100% remote work environment Opportunity to work with a growing and dynamic legal team Exposure to high-impact work and client interactions Collaborative and supportive team culture
