As the Associate Director of Analytics, you will help lead the Analytics (North America) team in measuring the success of media executions and delivering actionable insights that drive data-informed decision-making and continuous innovation across client engagements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media agencies, with experience supporting both brand and direct response campaigns, designing and evaluating Match Market Tests (MMTs), and collaborating with large cross-functional teams. This role is critical in driving analytical excellence and helping deliver measurable business outcomes for our clients.

In addition, you will lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within our Bogotá hub. You will collaborate closely with teams across New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, helping ensure consistency, knowledge sharing, and alignment across regions.

  • Lead the design and measurement of brand and/or direct response campaigns (including Brand lift survey, A/B testing, Match market test etc) ensuring they meet client objectives.
  • Present complex data and analytics findings in a clear and actionable manner to clients and internal teams.
  • Be seen as a trusted advisor by our clients for all things analytics related. Collaborate with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored analytics solutions
  • Work closely with other departments to integrate analytics into all aspects of campaign planning, execution, and evaluation. Successfully collaborate with internal as well as external teams for data integrity, reporting, testing, ad-hoc analysis and more
  • Recruit, manage and mentor Analytics resources, ensuring the efficient flow of work through the team, the timely delivery of high-quality outputs and their continuing development as professionals

 

  • Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier college, 3.0 GPA or equivalent. Degree within Analytics, Technology or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience working in a data-based role, preferably in a media agency
  • Expose to measurement of both Direct Response and Brand Awareness campaigns
    • A/B experimentation and test design
    • Brand Lift studies and measurement methodologies
    • Control vs. exposed experimental frameworks
    • Short-term media effectiveness evaluation through experimentation
  • Experience managing a team and ability to delegate effectively
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint (Google docs a bonus)
  • Familiar with programming languages (SQL is a bonus)
  • Excellent at presenting data in a visually engaging and insightful manner that cuts through the noise
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of what data points can be collected and analyzed in a digital campaign, and how each data point should be analyzed
