The Executive, Commerce (Affiliate) is responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day affiliate marketing activities, ensuring campaigns are launched on time, tracked accurately, and effectively supported through strong partner coordination and operational discipline.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Execute affiliate campaign setup, including tracking links, vouchers, partner onboarding, and campaign readiness checks
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance, identifying issues related to tracking, link functionality, partner compliance, or offer alignment
- Coordinate with internal teams (planning, ecommerce, content, and finance) and external partners to ensure accurate and timely campaign execution
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation, including channel trackers, partner records, and execution logs
- Support partner communication and follow-up to ensure participation, alignment, and timely delivery of campaign requirements
- Track partner contribution, campaign participation, and maintain visibility of the affiliate pipeline and performance status
- Prepare regular performance and operational reports with clear insights, issues, and recommended actions
- Support administrative processes including billing coordination, payment follow-up, and reconciliation
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, campaign operations, partnership coordination, ecommerce support, or digital marketing execution
- Hands-on experience in campaign setup, execution, and coordination across digital or affiliate channels
- Familiarity with tracking processes, campaign workflows, and performance reporting
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Good analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and interpret performance data
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and familiarity with tracking or reporting tools
- Process-driven, organized, and highly reliable in execution
- Proactive in identifying issues, following up, and ensuring resolution
- Strong coordination and communication skills when working with internal teams and external partners
- Responsive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates good commercial awareness and willingness to learn and grow within affiliate and commerce functions
