As the Executive E-commerce, you will handle key responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end setup, activation, and daily optimization of performance commerce campaigns on major platforms including Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Tiki.
  • Closely monitor and relentlessly optimize campaigns to meet and exceed key e-commerce KPIs such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), and Conversion Rate.
  • Implement and manage a variety of e-commerce ad formats, including in-app ads, collaborative ads (CPAS), and onsite search placements.
  • Prepare and deliver regular, insightful performance reports that provide clear analysis and actionable recommendations to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Serve as the day-to-day client contact, presenting media plans and translating performance data into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Support developing comprehensive e-commerce media plans that integrate seamlessly within the client's strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media & Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in an e-commerce or performance marketing role is required.
  • Proven, hands-on expertise in setting up, managing, and rigorously optimizing ad campaigns on major e-commerce platforms like Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
  • Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape in Vietnam, including platform-specific nuances and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to use sales and media data to drive performance improvements.
  • Experience in developing e-commerce media plans or demonstrating a strategic planning mindset is a significant plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple, complex campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
