EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Cytotechnology, Histotechnology (Medical Laboratory Science) or related field

Associate’s Degree in Medical (Clinical) Laboratory Technology or related field

2. Current licensure as required by the state in which services will be provided:

1. Demonstrate competency in service to different patient populations such as; Neonates, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults and Geriatrics.
2. Knowledge in both medical technology and management principles.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

This staff member will work Monday through Friday 2pm-10:30pm. They will help to oversee Specimen Processing which includes, packaging of send-out testing, processing of study samples, and quality assurance reviews.
