HVAC Technician

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent
2. Valid driver's license
3. EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification

4. HVAC Technician License OR HVAC Technician in Training License AND obtain full license within 12 months of hire.

1. Two (2) year experience in building maintenance.

1. Ability to be scheduled for work based on operational needs of the Department and Medical Center.
2. Possess the ability to deal tactfully and harmoniously with patients, visitors and staff.
3. Ability to organize and prioritize time and tasks to achieve a well-coordinated work effort and to effectively meet work schedules including an ability to integrate multiple factors which may have an impact on patient care.
