3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
1. Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related discipline.
2. Project management training or certification.
3. Experience with Epic, Workday, QGenda, or similar healthcare enterprise systems.
1. Two (2) years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, provider services, or medical group administration.
2. Experience coordinating projects, operational initiatives, or provider-related processes in a healthcare environment.
3. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams including clinical operations, IT, HR, finance, and administration.
1. Experience supporting provider contract management or compensation models.
2. Experience supporting system‑wide operational or clinical initiatives.
3. Experience in physician enterprise or hospital-based operations.
Responsibilities
