As a Capacitor Assembly Technician, you will apply your skills to build, modify and assemble components in a quality manner to achieve the desired finished product. We are looking for our technicians to apply their technical expertise, problem solving skills, and dedication to quality to positively impact the future of energy!  
  • Assembly: Interpret technical drawings, work orders, and instructions to assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products.  
  • Tool & Equipment Operation: Utilize various hand tools, power tools, and machinery to install, adjust, and repair parts.  
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks, inspections, and functional tests to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.  
  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Identify and correct defects, making adjustments or repairs to maintain product quality and functionality.  
  • Workstation Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-maintained, supporting 5S initiatives.  
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, guidelines, and procedures, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).  
  • Collaboration & Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, quality control personnel, and other team members to resolve production issues and coordinate tasks.  
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings, knowledge of assembly techniques, and familiarity with measurement instruments.  
  • Tool Proficiency: Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools effectively.  
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for troubleshooting assembly issues and performing necessary repairs.  
  • Attention to Detail: A strong ability to follow complex instructions and spot flaws in products or equipment.  
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.  
  • Manual Dexterity: Manual dexterity and the ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks.  
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.  
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.  
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee of granted asylum

Paid Time Off: 15 days per year based on weekly scheduled hours, 10 paid sick leave, and 13 company-paid holidays for all regular employees (including part-time), fixed-term, and interns.
