Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, technical, and regulatory requirements.
- →Help contribute across field engineering, construction management, safety, procurement, and operations, ensuring integrated planning and efficient execution.
- →Contribute to complex modifications within nuclear or similarly hazardous facilities, providing advanced technical guidance and issue resolution.
- →Ensure full compliance with Standard Work Process Procedures and lead improvements to strengthen subcontractor performance and project outcomes.
- →Champion Zero‑Accident safety principles, mentor junior STRs, and reinforce a strong safety culture across subcontract teams.
- →Contribute to NQA‑1 compliant subcontract implementation, identifying gaps, recommending corrective actions, and ensuring sustained compliance.
- →Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation packages, inspection records, performance metrics, and progress reports for management.
- →Level II: Support team members with the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities, listed in the Job Profile Task/Responsibilities section of this document, under guided supervision.
- →Level III: Conduct risk identification and analysis; recommend and implement mitigation strategies to support safe, efficient, and compliant execution.
- →Serve as the technical point of contact for subcontractors, resolving complex issues and ensuring alignment with project goals and contractual requirements.
- →Execute the core tasks and responsibilities, listed in the Job Profile Task/Responsibilities section of this document, with minimal supervision.
Requirements
~1 min read- Level II: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Contracts Law, Environmental Sciences, or related field, and 3 or more years of directly related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including specialized coursework in contract management
- Level III: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Contracts Law, Environmental Sciences, or related field, and 5 or more years of directly related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including specialized coursework in contract management
- Experience across multiple construction oversight disciplines (Field Engineering, Superintendent, Construction Management, Project Management, STR, Waste Management, Safety, Quality, or Procurement).
- Knowledge and application of Standard Work Process Procedures.
- Experience with construction modifications in nuclear facility operations or other highly complex, hazardous environments.
- Experience managing and executing NQA‑1 compliant subcontracts , preferred.
- Experience with commissioning, system testing, troubleshooting, and operational validations, preferred.

Offers within the posted salary range are commensurate with the individual’s qualifications for the position, along with a view on internal equity, market data, and room for growth. The salary range for this position is:
