Position Summary:

Evolution Markets seeks an ambitious, and hard-working individual to join Evolution Markets’ growing Climate Solutions team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in helping find solutions to global climate change by empowering corporate sustainability and facilitating investment in renewable energy and other means of reducing carbon emissions.

Position Responsibilities:

Manage and track client onboarding documentation to ensure timely completion and compliance.
Coordinate, track, and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Track, review, and negotiate commercial contracts in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate, negotiate, and administer referral agreements and strategic partnership agreements.
Maintain and update deal records and related documentation.
Lead or support responses to Requests for Proposals, including coordinating contributions from subject matter experts and ensuring timely submission.
Act as the primary liaison with the French accounting firm and support internal financial and administrative departments and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate records and contractual documentation across all stages of the commercial process.
Support business development activities by ensuring efficient administration of commercial opportunities and client engagements.
Drive process improvements across onboarding, contracting, proposal management, and
operational workflows

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial operations, contract administration, business operations, legal coordination, or a similar role.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including NDAs and service contracts.
Familiarity with RFP processes and proposal preparation.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced business environment.

Minimum 5 years of experience in equivalent position.
Candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills, including proficiency with relevant project management tools, ERP systems and CRM.
Microsoft Excel proficiency required.
Fluent or Native in English is required.
Fluent or Native in French is required.
Any other language is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in and understanding of sustainability approaches for corporates, including carbon measurement, reduction and offset strategy.
Experience in or knowledge of carbon / renewable energy markets is a plus.
Candidate should demonstrate the following characteristics:

Base Salary

Compensation for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, knowledge, education and training. However, compensation range for this role is expected to be as follows:

€75,000–€78,000
