Strategic Sourcing Manager

We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager who is highly organized to join our Operations team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to drive end-to-end sourcing projects, manage competitive procurement process, and deliver measurable value through supplier selection, negotiation and contract execution.

 

Strong stakeholder, project, and vendor management skills are essential, along with experience in procurement or supply chain management. The ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously will be key to success in this role.

Experience managing vendor relationships, developing category strategies and managing supplier performance.

CPSM qualification or equivalent procurement / supply chain certification.

Experience working within a fast-paced or high-growth organization, preferably tech.

Familiarity with procurement software (ideally Zip). 

Experience supporting contract negotiations and supplier performance frameworks. 

Project Management certification (e.g. Prince2, PMP, PM).
