Plant Manager

As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for all operations and activities of Yancey Engineered Solutions, including production, engineering, quality and sales, and all ancillary functions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• →Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions, including hiring and performance management.
• →Ensures divisional alignment with overall Company strategy and initiatives.
• →Leads development of annual and longer-term business plans.
• →Leads team to develop culture of continuous improvement focused on implementing new methods and processes to deliver improvement in all manufacturing processes.
• →Leads team to ensure superior customer experience.
• →Develop team to meet business needs
• →Oversee operations to ensure safety
• →Set performance goals and expectations
• →Ensures smooth day-to-day operations of the facility

Additional Responsibilities:

• →Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
• →Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

To be successful in this position you should have prior leadership experience and a deep understanding of the EPG packaging design business.  This position also requires someone who has strong accountability and initiative.  In addition, working in a team environment is essential to this position.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or related equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university or related equivalent experience required.  Degree in engineering/business/logistics preferred.
• 10+ years of experience leading high performing teams in manufacturing organizations.
