As a Store Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our order fulfillment process. You will work in our dark store environment, ensuring that every order is processed accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organised workspace will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

Dispatching Orders: Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and correct shipment of orders.

Stock Management: Conduct regular stock counts, verify inventory levels, and report discrepancies.

Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and accuracy before dispatch.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members to optimize workflow and achieve targets.

Experience: Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or fulfillment centre is a plus.

Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move packages up to 10 Kgh, and stand for extended periods.

Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings if needed.
