Facilities Manager

Reporting directly to the Regional Facilities Director, this position is primarily responsible for the overall physical condition and presentation of the YMCA branch, to assure that the facilities are clean, safe and in good repair.  This position is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of non-complex building systems, components, fixtures, and equipment.
 
 The Facilities Manager must be available to respond to emergency situations after hours, on weekends and as needed.
 
 This role requires hands-on experience in facilities maintenance for in-house repairs (light electrical, plumbing, and care of grounds).
