Sports Site Supervisor/Ref

• Weeknights and Saturdays/Sundays-10-15 hrs/week
• Opportunity to create new programs and dictate your own schedule
• Salary: $17 to $18/ per hour

As a YMCA Lead Sports Instructor, you'll enjoy coaching, refereeing, and overseeing youth sports, making a positive impact, and building meaningful relationships with kids and families in the Sun Prairie community. Your role would involve implementing practice/lesson plans in various sports such as: Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, or Baseball / T-Ball. You would also officiate or youth basketball and football games on the weekend. We are looking for someone to ensure a fun and safe environment for all, foster a sense of community and growth, and contribute to the overall positive experience of youth sports.

• Soccer (Top Needs)
• Basketball (Top needs)
• Flag Football
• Volleyball (Top needs)
• Baseball/T-Ball
• Various Sports Classes

Experience: 1-2 yrs of working with youth, coaching, or leadership.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older
• Passion for kids and sports
• Have high energy
