→Must be able to pass Background and Reference checks (in accordance with the WA State Fair Chance Act).
→Committed to valuing and promoting diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
→Able and willing to complete online Child Abuse Prevention training on first day, and other online and in-person training as required.
→Minimum 21 years of age for Late Nite staff and 18 years of age for 6,7,8 Nite staff.
→High school graduate or equivalent preferred
→You have six months or more of related experience preferred.
→You have the ability to provide guidance and be a role model for the youth in the facility.
→You have a positive attitude and previous experience with teens and diverse populations.
→You have knowledge and skills in program activities and related sports and office equipment, and the ability to instruct participants in techniques.
→CPR, First Aid, AED certifications preferred.

→Create lesson plans for a variety of teen appropriate activities.
→Implement and ensure program quality through best practices and on-going evaluation (i.e. surveys, focus groups, youth voice, etc.).
→Provide safety and supervision for all Late Night participants.
