Senior Full-Stack Engineer (UGC)

You will play a key role in developing and enhancing our platform, designed to be reliable, scalable, and a foundation for enabling other product lines. This involves tackling complex challenges, including building critical applications capable of handling large datasets and high volumes of data efficiently.

• Deep backend expertise with event-driven and microservices architectures, plus strong grasp of scalable, resilient system design.
• Proven, hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot, building and operating robust production services.
• Solid knowledge of data structures, design patterns, and OOP, with pragmatic trade-off thinking.
• End-to-end ownership of services—architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, observability/monitoring, and support.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React or Angular is an advantage.
• Strong interest in AI-driven development, with experience using or evaluating AI-assisted coding, testing, or productivity tools — an advantage.
• Experience with any cloud provider (AWS is an advantage); containers/CI/CD/IaC familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, influence peers, and share knowledge.

• →Lead and own the full development lifecycle of critical platform services—from architecture and coding to testing, deployment, and production monitoring/incident response.
• →Champion technical excellence—coding standards, system design, security, observability and cost awareness—and drive AI integration into engineering practices where it adds value.
• →Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, tech leads, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful, end-to-end solutions.
• →Proactively contribute to team and company initiatives, document decisions, share knowledge, and drive ownership beyond core responsibilities.
