As Program Manager, you will oversee program operations, provide clinical and administrative leadership, supervise a dedicated team of counselors, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed services within a correctional setting. Responsibilities

- →Oversee daily program operations and ensure compliance with agency, contractual, and Department of Juvenile Justice requirements.
- →Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to staff.
- →Monitor service delivery, program outcomes, and documentation quality.
- →Collaborate with facility personnel, community partners, and referral sources to support youth success.
- →Assist with crisis intervention, problem-solving, and program planning.
- →Ensure timely reporting, accurate recordkeeping, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- →Foster a positive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive environment for youth and staff.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required.
- Clinical licensure preferred (CADC, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- At least 5 years of experience working with at-risk, justice-involved, or high-needs youth.
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, behavioral health treatment, and youth development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Valid Illinois driver's license and access to reliable transportation required.
