As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling our business by driving efficiency, improving processes, and leading high-impact cross-functional initiatives. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role where you will work closely with Product, Commercial, Finance, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution across markets.
The Operations Manager sits at the center of Yuno’s cross-functional execution, driving the processes, data flows, and stakeholder alignment that turn product strategy into market reality. The role is designed for professionals with a strong consulting or strategy background who want to transition into the product and payments space — bringing structured thinking and operational rigor to a fast-moving tech environment.

Lead and execute strategic and operational initiatives across key markets

Design, implement, and optimize scalable processes to support rapid growth

Identify operational inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement

Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering to deliver high-impact projects

Analyze data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making

Monitor key business metrics and performance indicators

Manage relationships with partners (PSPs, acquirers, merchants) to ensure operational excellence

Support market expansion efforts and go-to-market execution

Own projects end-to-end, from ideation to execution

Fluent English

+6 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or high-growth startups

Strong analytical skills with experience working with data (Excel, SQL, or similar)

Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

High ownership and execution mindset

Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services

Exposure to global operations or market expansion

Experience working with APIs, payment orchestration, or PSPs
