- Lead end-to-end fundraising initiatives (equity / structured capital) from scratch.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with global investors (PE, growth funds, strategic players).
- Develop and articulate a compelling investment narrative and positioning for VDO.AI .
- Build VDO.AI’s external capital markets presence from the ground up.
- Craft high-quality investor materials including pitch decks, financial models, and strategic narratives.
- Position the company effectively within the global adtech and media ecosystem.
- Organize investor roadshows, conferences, and meetings with key stakeholders.
- Support leadership on financial planning, capital allocation, and growth strategy.
- Identify and evaluate inorganic growth opportunities (M&A / consolidation plays).
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and strategic opportunities.
- Evaluate and execute strategic transactions, including minority investments and partnerships.
- Work closely with founders on long-term value creation and liquidity pathways.
- Manage end-to-end deal processes including investor discussions, term sheets, due diligence, and closing.
- MBA from a top-tier institution; CA / CFA is a plus.
- 8–15 years of experience in Investment Banking / Private Equity / Corporate Development.
- Strong track record in fundraising, M&A, or strategic transactions.
- Excellent skills in financial modeling, valuation, and storytelling.
- Ability to operate independently in a zero-to-one environment.
- High ownership, discretion, and comfort working directly with founders.
- Successful onboarding of high-quality strategic or financial investors.
- Strong positioning of VDO.AI within the global investor ecosystem.
- Execution of value-accretive capital or strategic transactions.
- Opportunity to build Investor Relations & Capital Strategy from scratch.
- Work directly with the founders and leadership team.
