Advisory Senior

Zampa Partners, a business advisory firm is looking for a Financial Advisory Senior to join our team.

Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Build and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business plans, feasibility studies, and investment decisions.
• Assist with valuations using accepted methodologies.
• Support clients through mergers and acquisitions, including valuations, deal structuring and financial due diligence.
• Prepare business plans, feasibility reports and funding proposals.
• Advise clients on funding opportunities and assist them throughout the full process. 
• Design and monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts and financial controls.
• Prepare and present clear, concise, and well-structured reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different service lines to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs.

Education, Skills, and Requirements:

• Have an MQF Level 6 qualification or above in Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Economics or Management. A CFA designation would be considered an alternative. 
• Previous experience in a financial advisory or corporate finance role is a must.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Be fluent in both Maltese and English. 
• Proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. 
• Be highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
• Have strong report writing skills.
