• 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer

• Proficiency in After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop

• A portfolio that clearly reflects your skills and creative style

• Ability to follow briefs while contributing your own ideas

• Strong grasp of composition, editing techniques, rhythm, and color

• Familiarity with AI tools (AI speakers, AI voiceovers, MidJourney, etc.)

  Editing UGC-style creatives

  Crafting hook-driven cuts for ads

  Creating new video concepts and bringing existing ones to life

  Collaborating closely with the creative team

  Participating in brainstorms and ideating new content directions

  Testing new tools, effects, plugins, and building project templates to speed up workflows

• Work with cutting-edge tech and AI-powered tools
