Senior Software Engineer (C# .NET + Angular)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our long-term partnership with ICA Insurica.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Sarajevo, with a planned start date in August/September 2026.

You will join the Core Insurica team, working closely with Swedish and Bosnian colleagues to develop and maintain business-critical insurance systems built on Microsoft's technology stack.

You will work on ICA Insurica's core applications, primarily focused on .NET, MSSQL, and Windows-based solutions. The role is mainly backend-oriented, with occasional contributions to the frontend through minor Angular UI changes.

• Developing new features and maintaining existing functionality
• Working with .NET applications and MSSQL databases
• Developing and maintaining SQL queries and stored procedures
• Contributing to minor UI changes using Angular and TypeScript
• Collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the platform

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with C#
• Experience with .NET Framework 4.6, .NET Framework 4.8, and .NET 6+
• Experience with MSSQL, SQL, and stored procedures
• Experience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of Angular for minor UI changes
• Experience with GitHub Actions
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluent English communication skills
