Azure Cloud Engineering & Administration

• →Design, implement, administer, and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and platform services.
• →Manage Azure subscriptions, resource groups, virtual networks, storage accounts, virtual machines, and platform services.
• →Implement Azure governance standards, policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and resource management best practices.
• →Monitor cloud performance, availability, utilization, and security posture.
• →Support Azure migrations, cloud modernization initiatives, and ongoing infrastructure improvements.

Identity & Security Management

• →Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access Policies, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Identity Protection, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• →Design and maintain identity governance and access management processes.
• →Implement and monitor Zero Trust security principles across cloud and endpoint environments.
• →Manage Microsoft Defender security solutions, security alerts, threat investigations, and remediation activities.
• →Conduct security assessments, vulnerability management, compliance monitoring, and audit support activities.
• →Collaborate with internal security teams to strengthen cloud security posture and reduce organizational risk.

Azure Automation & DevOps

• →Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, Functions, and REST APIs.
• →Automate provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, licensing, and privilege management processes.
• →Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM Templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
• →Integrate third-party systems and business applications with Microsoft cloud services.
• →Develop operational workflows that reduce manual effort and improve security consistency.

Systems & Infrastructure Administration

• →Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, hybrid identity, and Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
• →Support disaster recovery, backup solutions, patch management, and business continuity initiatives.
• →Troubleshoot complex authentication, networking, infrastructure, and cloud-related issues.
• →Participate in architecture reviews and infrastructure planning initiatives.

Networking & Security Operations

• →Manage and troubleshoot Azure networking components including VPNs, ExpressRoute, NSGs, Azure Firewall, DNS, and load balancing solutions.
• →Support enterprise networking infrastructure, routing, switching, wireless, and firewall technologies.
• →Assist with incident response activities and root-cause investigations.
• →Monitor security events and implement corrective actions based on security recommendations and best practices.
