Position Overview: 

This position is a senior individual contributor responsible for executing the most complex deal registration and extension submissions and serving as a subject-matter resource for the team. The Senior Specialist processes registrations and extensions through dealreg@zones.com, supports the weekly expiration reporting, and ensures accuracy and compliance across OEM and security-partner programs (e.g., Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Sophos, Trellix).

 
What you will do as the Senior Deal Registration Specialist : 

• Process complex, high-value, or non-standard deal registrations, creating Bid letters, extensions end to end, accurately and within SLA.
• Validate opportunity details and eligibility against vendor/partner program rules before submission.
• Sorting and sending daily expirations emails to Account Executives.
• Track registration status through approval, expiration, and renewal; proactively follow up with partner representatives on pending or rejected items.
• Serve as a go-to resource for specialists on vendor programs, security-partner nuances, and tricky cases.
• Provide timely, clear updates to AMs and Brand Champions on outcomes and next steps.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting on history, approval rates, and rejection reasons.
• Help maintain SOPs/KB content and support onboarding and informal mentoring of existing team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring to the team : 

• B.A. or B.S. degree preferred.
• 3  years in sales operations, order management, partner operations, or deal registration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data and program rules.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to calculate discounts, margins, and percentages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel; CRM (Dynamics 365) experience a plus.
