We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid capacity in our Israel/Tel Aviv Office role, reporting to the Senior Director, Product Management in the Security Operations Platform Product Management department. Join our data fabric and secops platform team, work in the dashboards, reporting and measurement product areas. Lead the product effort for platform reporting and dashboarding, as well as advanced semantic capabilities such as calculated dimensions, measurements, aggregations and custom KPI capabilities, enabling best-in-market product capabilities and UX that will be used by our security operations applications offerings and personas.

Lead product discovery by deeply understanding customer problems, business goals, and operational constraints across reporting and dashboarding products that serve multiple security operations use cases

Define the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered, simple platform reporting and dashboarding capabilities from discovery through planning, UX, documentation, customer validation, and launch

Work day-to-day with engineering to prioritize backlogs, clarify scope, and ensure high-quality execution

Collaborate with applications product managers, and customers to facilitate feedback and success across multiple personas and use cases, partnering with go-to-market, sales, and customer success teams to support pilots, launches, and customer adoption

Measure product success using adoption, usage, customer value, and business outcome metrics

Requirements

Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain

3-5 years of Product Management experience with SaaS BI and analytics products

Proven experience delivering complex dashboarding, reporting, and semantic data capabilities spanning UI/UX as well as deep technical backend drivers

Proven experience working with multiple engineering teams across geographies within a global tech company

Experience defining product requirements for AI-driven insights, natural language querying (NLQ), or automated data synthesis within security analytics platforms

Previous experience as a hands-on analyst in the security space or an adjacent domain, working with analytics and BI solutions to provide stakeholder KPI reporting

Prior product management experience at top industry security operations solutions
