Production & Material Planner (Maternity leave replacement)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules while ensuring material availability and preventing bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and supply chain teams to optimize resource planning.
• Calculate and analyze production costs, including raw materials, labor, and logistics, and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Work with finance teams on budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems for efficient planning, inventory management, and reporting.
• Ensure on-time product delivery while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Prepare production and cost analysis reports to support decision-making and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of cost accounting and production planning principles.
• Capable of managing tasks from initiation to completion, demonstrating proactivity and resourcefulness. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP/MRP software (Priority , SAP, etc.).
