As the Design Director for Monster Legends, you will report directly to the GM and join a team that is committed to delivering great player experiences that turn into a growing business. Your mission will be to lead the design department (Systems, Level, UI/UX) and cooperate with your close product/engineering / art/production peers to define long term game goals, draft a strategy and follow up the execution

• →Strong team fit: results-oriented, pragmatic, analytical, humble, ambitious and people-centric
• →Product Strategy: Cooperate to define the game’s vision, strategy and roadmap
• →Game Execution: raise standards leading by example
• →Management: Unify and lead the design department (UI/UX, Level Design, Game Design). Setup clear goals & KPIs, followup results and remove roadblocks.

• +7 years of experience in Product / Design positions.
• Proven track record of managing a design or product team that delivered business results in a sustained way.
• Strong analytical mindset. Ability to decompose significant problems into smaller pieces, devise opportunities, risks, and identify growth levers.
• Results-oriented and pragmatic execution.
• Strong communication: verbal and written.
