EHS 計畫執行與法規遵循： • 確保遵守台灣所有相關的職業安全衛生法規、公司政策與全球最佳實務。 • 協助制定、執行並監控各據點的 EHS 計畫。 • 執行稽核、風險評估與現場巡檢，主動辨識並降低潛在風險。 • 支援事故調查、根本原因分析與改善措施的落實。 • 與地方主管機關聯繫，確保 EHS 報告準確且即時。 風險管理與持續改善： • 主導高風險作業的風險評估與風險降低計畫。 • 發掘並推動 EHS 績效的持續改善機會。 • 協助導入 AI 安全工具與數位化回報系統。 • 執行緊急應變演練，並確保危機管理計畫隨時更新。 教育訓練與員工參與： • 為各層級員工設計並執行 EHS 教育訓練課程
