我們正在尋找具備風險管理思維、溝通協調能力與執行力的資深法務專員！ 你將擔任公司與政府機關、外部律師及內部團隊的重要橋樑，透過重大事件調查、法規遵循、政府查核應對及跨部門合作，協助降低營運風險，確保公司各項業務符合相關法令與營運規範。 重大事故調查與對接： 發生重大營運事故（如交通意外、資安外洩等），擔任政府接洽窗口。負責釐清案情、向總部調取數據，進行危機溝通。 政府機關查核窗口： 應對交通部監理所、數位發展部、勞動部等單位的定期與不定期檢查，整合內部資料，確保業務營運符合要求。 在地法規監測： 定期追蹤台灣特許行業（如貨運、平台）的法令變更與裁罰案例，評估對公司的衝擊，提早協調內部調整流程。
