citizen

A Note From the Founder Citizen is a pipeline before it is an app. Signal comes in from every major American city, gets detected, verified, written, and delivered to the right people in seconds, and the whole thing has to hold when a million people open the app at once because something is happening

A Note From the Founder I have built product at Citizen since the first line of code, and I am still in it every day. Now I build with agents, and so does the rest of the company. Engineering, operations, and finance already run this way. The gap between an idea and a working build on my phone is me

A Note From the Founder I wrote the first version of this app in Swift and I still open Xcode most weeks. For years the gap between an idea and a build on my phone was measured in sprints. Now I build with agents and it is measured in hours, and the engineers here who work the same way ship more in

A Note From the Founder I design. I always have. For years I did it with a small team and a lot of late nights, and it got Citizen to millions of people. Now I do it with agents, and the gap between an idea and a working build on my phone is measured in hours. I need one designer who works that way
