During your training period, you will work alongside experienced technicians to learn:

→Contents packing and inventory procedures
→Cleaning and restoration processes
→Project documentation requirements
→Equipment operation and maintenance
→Customer communication standards
→Quality control expectations
→Safety policies and procedures

As your knowledge and proficiency grow, you will assume greater responsibility for:

→Leading crews on assigned projects
→Training and mentoring team members
→Coordinating daily work activities
→Monitoring quality standards
→Supporting project scheduling and logistics
→Helping drive operational excellence

→Lead by example and support team members in the field
→Assist with packing, inventory, and contents moving
→Coordinate daily project activities and crew assignments
→Ensure company quality standards are met
→Train and coach technicians on procedures and best practices
→Communicate project updates to management
→Help maintain equipment, supplies, and company vehicles
→Resolve job-site issues and support customer satisfaction
→Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork

Requirements

Previous leadership, supervisory, crew lead, or team coordination experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work as needed
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Experience in restoration, construction, moving, warehousing, logistics, or related industries
Experience driving box trucks
Experience training or mentoring others
Customer service experience
IICRC certifications are a plus

Projects remain organized and on schedule
Team members understand expectations and company standards
Customers receive excellent service and communication
Safety procedures are consistently followed
Work is completed efficiently and with high quality
Team morale and accountability are strengthened
