Key Responsibilities
Contracts & Sourcing
Source and manage site-specific suppliers (Facility, Packing & others)
Own contract management for site-managed suppliers (MSA, MPA, SMI/VMI, SOW)
Conduct new supplier meetings, onboarding, and site requirement training
Submit quotation requests for site-managed suppliers
Apply and maintain sourcing justification for site-managed suppliers
Cost & Negotiations
Execute RFQs for site-specific requirements
Lead cost-saving negotiations for site-managed suppliers
Track and input BLR savings and CostDB goal commitments
Report on headwinds and tailwinds to site Finance
Execute supplier market share allocation through order placement and quantity adjustments for multi-sourced suppliers
Operational Procurement
Release PO & SA (Non-Capex)
Manage material revision confirmations and supplier acknowledgements
Execute delivery flexibility - pull-ins and push-outs; track key metrics
Ensure 100% Safety Stock (SS) entitlement
Monitor depletion plans for conversion and second-source project
Vendor Setup & Qualification
Set up vendor codes for site-managed suppliers with P2P support
Manage TI part number (PN) setup and sample delivery follow-up
Track and support project status
Review and approve purchase specifications for new equipment
Process advance payment requests where required
Supplier Capacity & Lead Time
• Manage supplier capacity to meet TI site demands
• Negotiate and publish lead times for site-managed suppliers
Supplier Relationship, Performance & Quality Assurance
• Input scores for CETRAQ supplier performance reviews
• Conduct supplier review meetings focused on supply performance
• Support supplier audit planning with CPQT/SQE teams
• Interacting closely with suppliers and Quality Assurance to resolve quality issues
Abnormal Handling & Escalation
• Monitor and resolve shipping, payment, and quality issues
• Manage disputes between internal users and suppliers
• Handle emergency POs and special projects requested by site leaders
• Escalate unresolved issues to Sourcing or CPO as needed
Audit & Compliance
• Supporting internal and external audits related to procurement processes and supplier management (BV, IATF, Customer, Finance ICC)
• Present supplier performance data via CETRAQ, iValua, and SIP tools
• Handle site-level supplier ethics and compliance issues
• Support RBA VAP audits (biennial); train and audit suppliers on RBA elements
• Collaboration with Security Manager on supplier ethics/conflict cases

Procurement Knowledge : SAP, PO management, contract administration, RFQ execution
Negotiation : Cost savings, lead time, market share allocation
Data & Systems : Mendix, CETRAQ, iValua, CostDB, SAP
Analytical Thinking : Cost Saving tracking, metrics reporting, headwind/tailwind analysis
Stakeholder Management: Factory operations, Finance, Engineering, Sourcing teams
Compliance Awareness : ISO/IATF, RBA, TI procurement policies
Problem Solving : Escalation handling, emergency procurement, dispute resolution
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
Cumulative 3.3/4.0 GPA or higher
This opening is for fresh graduate or less than 2 years of relevant working experience post-graduation, preference in procurement in a manufacturing environment.
Expertise in procurement methodologies and processes as well as negotiation tactics
Competency in computer applications, especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Good knowledge of business, finance and supply chain concept
