Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Bring fresh ideas and industry best practices to evolve how corporate office spaces support high quality work and collaboration
  • Use data and observations to continuously improve the workspaces in our facilities
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate performance trends, areas for improvement, and successes to leadership with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Develop and align with leadership on a standardized site refresh strategy to ensure our global sites are continuously maintained to industry standards

Texas Instruments will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorization for this position.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field that demonstrates knowledge of workplace design
